• The exhibitor partner will have visibility in the World Congress programme, Internet pages, advertising and invitations. Visibility comprises a brief description of the company’s core expertise both on the Internet pages and the event prospectus.
• Logo for Welcome party, Gala Dinner and farewell party
• Logo for IPMA PM Award
• Logo for Young Crew Workshop
• Sponsors’ printed material in the congress material,
• Sponsors' visual presentation materials (CDs or DVDs) to be shown at the main conference are also included

Speeches

• The partner may assume the chairman’s role for one theme entity, if so desired (chairmen for theme entities will be selected in the order of registration)
• Opening keynote speech (1)
• The partner is entitled to one theme speech
• The partner is entitled to one Practical Knowledge and Skills speech
• The partner is entitled to operate as a best practice workshop facilitator (optional)

Guests and event passes

• Partner guest will receive fifteen (15) complimentary guest invitation cards to the event.(normal price 1200 € / piece, total value 18 000 €). Partner guests have reserved seating in Keynote presentations and main hall activities. (VIP seats 15 pcs)
• Exhibition stand staff (8 persons) is allowed to the event free of charge
• Partner guests and stand staff receive the same materials and event services as individual participants
