All registration fee covers : Opening Ceremony, Wellcome Party, Open Buffet Lunches, Access to All Meetings, Poster Presentations and the Exhibition Hall, Congress Bag (including Program Catalogue, ID Badge, Pen and Congress Notebook)
Accompanying Person fee does not include : Open Buffet Lunches, Access to All Meetings, Poster Presentations and the Exhibition Hall.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Together with student registration, a verified copy of a valid student certificate or international student card has to be submitted to Congress organizers in .pdf or .jpg format. gozde@zed.com.tr

Young Crew workshop and main congress registration fee (450€ Including VAT) includes young crew workshop and main congress participation with full social programme. Price requires participation to the Young Crew workshop and participants must be under 35 years.

Participants can check the accommodation alternatives below in order to Hotel availability your accommodation will be confirmed after completed registration&accommodation procedures. Our congress venue will be Hilton İstanbul.

Accommodation dates are between October 28^th 2010 and November 7^th 2010. The online reservation system will not accept other requested accommodation dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A written notice of cancellation must be sent to Zed Event Management & Consultancy via e-mail gozde@zed.com.tr or fax: (+90 312 219 57 01)

• Registrations / Accommodations cancelled between April 1, 2010 and August 1, 2010, ( 75% of the registration fee refunded.)
• Registrations / Accommodations cancelled between August 1, 2010 and September 15, 2010, (25% of the registration fee refunded.)

** No refunds will be made for registrations and accommodation after September 15, 2010.
** No refunds will be made for Tours, Gala Dinner and Farewell Party after October 15, 2010 (This policy is valid for the registration fee which does not cover Farewell Party and Gala Dinner)
